By Road

From the south:
• Follow the A1(M), then follow signs for Tyne Tunnel A194 and the A19
• Go through the Tyne Tunnel and on exit head for A19 north until roundabout on the A1058
• Take the third exit signed to Silverlink.

From the north:
• Follow the A1 until the A19/Tyne Tunnel exit
• Head for Tyne Tunnel along A19 until you reach roundabout at A1058
• Take the first exit signed to Silverlink.

From the Airport

Newcastle International Airport is approximately seven miles north-west of Newcastle City Centre.

• Follow A696 towards Newcastle
• Take the A1 north towards Morpeth
• Turn off at the A19/Tyne Tunnel exit
• Follow instructions as if approaching from north.

Rail

Travelling to Newcastle takes about:
London 3 hours
Edinburgh 1.5 hours
Manchester 2.5 hours
